QR Codes at Danima
In order to improve our customer´s access to information about our equipment at any time and place, Danima has incorporated a QR Code into the delivery documentation to facilitate access to specific information about each product, information that is necessary for a correct maintenance and management.
QR Code is printed on a void label, placed in an accessible location and allows immediate access to:
- User and maintenance manual
- Spare parts manual
- Warranty certificate
- CE certificate (if applicable)
- After-sale contact information
- All documentation related to the equipment.
With this QR, Danima permanently maintains an open channel of communication with our customers, adding a plus to Danima´s quality and after-sale service.
